ROLE AND LOCATION

We are currently looking for a Sales Technician to join our Business Development team. 

It's a full-time position in our Porto office. 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Prepare and review business proposals for clients, including prior analysis of the requirements inherent to ENDIPREV's compliance;
• Create, review and update project execution in ERP in line with the Business Development Technician and Project Manager;
• Prepare, comply and enforce cost and revenue budgets associated with commercial proposals;
• Assess and consider risks associated with commercial proposals in their various dimensions such as technical execution capability, contractual compliance by the customer or applicable legal requirements;
• Comply with the procedures and security rules established by ENDIPREV and/or by the clients;
• Collaborate, whenever requested by the Manager, with people from the homologous processes of the companies of the Group.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience in sales or in a similar position will be a plus;
• Experience with Sage ERP will be a plus;
• English: Minimum level – B1 (according to CECR classification);
• Ability to communicate, orally, and in writing, with clarity, fluency, and accuracy;
• Ability to be involved and committed to the working group, facing ENDIPREV's goals and challenges, adopting a participatory and collaborative posture;
• Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities;
• Detail oriented - nothing is sent to site unless it’s been proofread.
